Peggy reads the school emails a parent is already getting and turns them into a calendar, a short list of what needs doing, and reminders that arrive in time. The hard part was making it feel like relief instead of one more thing to set up.

    Understand the problem

    We read your tickets, sit in your calls, and watch people use what you have now. The brief usually changes by the end of it.

  2. Step 02

    Prototype with Claude

    Claude gets a working version standing up in days. Arguing about a real screen beats arguing about a description of one.

  3. Step 03

    Test and feedback

    It goes in front of the people who will actually use it. We write down where they hesitate, not only what they tell us.

  4. Step 04

    Polish and hand off

    Every state, every edge case, and a file your engineers can build from without asking us what we meant by it.

You've come this far, so hear me out. I love what I do, and I do what I do well, because I have done it forever — day in and out. That naturally means I want to build a brilliant product that you and your users are proud of. I learn quickly, and I'll make sure any gaps get filled quickly.

What I am insanely good at is breaking down complex problems and workflows into consumable experiences. That is why you see mostly technical products in my work.

Who's behind Studio Infer?

A two-person team led by me, taking on two projects at a time and three at the most. No roster of clients, no delegated work, no black-boxed authority.

How does onboarding work?

A half-hour call, a short written scope, then we start. Most engagements begin within a week of that call and you see the first real deliverable within three days.

What do you actually work on?

Product design and the brand around it, mostly for early-stage AI teams. We're strongest when the shape of the thing is still up for debate.

How many clients do you take at a time?

Two at a time, three at the most. That cap is the only reason the weekly cadence actually holds.

Do you work with our engineers?

Yes, and we'd rather. Design and build run together so what launches is what was designed. You get tokens and components, not a folder of flat files.

Can I pause or cancel?

Retainers are month to month with 30 days' notice. Fixed-scope work is quoted upfront and the price doesn't move if the work turns out to take us longer than we thought. That risk is ours.

Do you do research?

Before anything gets designed. We talk to your users and read whatever analytics exist. The uncomfortable questions usually surface the actual problem, which is often not the one we were hired to solve.

How does payment work?

Sprints are paid upfront. Fixed-scope splits 40 / 30 / 30 across the project. Retainers bill monthly in advance. Payment is a bank transfer, usually to a US account, or to an Indian one if that is easier for you.
